I have been M.I.A. recently. No reason or I guess all the typical reasons… holidays, parties, work, traveling, apartment hunting. Blogging is time consuming, and I knew it would be, but it just seems that I keep running out of time. I’m working on my blogging resolutions, if that is even a real thing, but I’m doing it so I guess that makes it a real thing. I will post those Wednesday, but until then I will share with you an easy, delicious champagne cocktail that you can make for you and your friends as you ring in the New Year.
This drink is a slight bit deceiving. On appearance it’s quite fancy, but realistically it’s super easy and requires only three ingredients, four if you count the garnish. It’s light and bubbly with a hint of sweetness and a colorful finish, just like I hope your New Year’s will be.
I will make this post short and sweet, but I hope all of you have a joyous New Year’s Eve. Have fun, take a cab, and be sure to drink plenty of water. No one wants to start 2014 with a hangover!
