Blackberry and Blueberry Power Smoothie

Serves: 2 smoothies
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 6 oz greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana
  1. In a blender, add milk first then blueberries, blackberries, yogurt and the banana.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick in consistency.
  3. Enjoy!
***For an icy consistency, add 3-4 ice cubes.
***If your berries are a little tart, you can add a small amount of honey for sweetness.
